Whether she’s helping babies take their very first splash or guiding nervous swimmers toward confidence, Deb’s impact goes far beyond the pool. Her energy and heart make every lesson meaningful, fun, and unforgettable.

Adding to the excitement, the USSSA National Conference was held right here in Phoenix this year! The three-day event brought together swim professionals and vendors from around the world to share insights, learn from one another, and celebrate leaders in the industry—like Deb!
Hubbard Family Swim School was honored to host facility tours during the conference, giving attendees an inside look at our schools in action. Bob and Kathy Hubbard also spoke about their 27 years of experience leading and growing a community built on safety, learning, and love for swimming.
It was a week full of inspiration, connection, and celebration—and Deb’s award made it even more special.
