Spring 2012 Stroke Clinics
The 90 minute stroke clinics include emphasis on swimming drills, visual demonstrations and hands on correction. Offered on Saturdays at 32nd St. and Sundays at Peoria. Each clinic has a primary focus which is listed below. Clinics are open to children ages 5 - 12, Lobster level or above.
Dive Clinics
Dive clinics focus on proper starts for all four strokes. Offered at a facility with a deep water pool. Clinics are open to children ages 5 - 12, Lobster level or above.

$10 per Dive Clinic 5 years and older Lobster level and up We worked hard to find a location for an inter-squad meet this year. Unfortunately, we were unable to find one available. The Dive Clinic that we offer on June 2nd is a great opportunity for the kids to get a feel for what it is like to "take your mark, get set" and GO!
